  • How do I contact the studio?

  • Are your classes beginner-friendly?

    Yes! Most Shape Studio classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors offer guidance and modifications throughout class.


    For those who are completely new to Pilates or heated movement, we recommend beginning with a non-heated Sculpt Flow class. Its slower, Pilates-inspired pace gives you more time to become familiar with the movements, focus on proper form, and get comfortable with the flow of class before adding heat or a more athletic pace.


    You do not need to be “in shape” before starting. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and allow yourself time to build confidence and consistency.

  • How do I book a class?

    Classes can be booked through the Shape Pilates Studio app, available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.


    Through the app, you can:


    • View the current class schedule
    • Reserve or cancel classes
    • Join a waitlist
    • Purchase class packages or memberships
    • Manage your upcoming reservations

    We recommend booking in advance, as class capacity is limited.

  • What should I know before my first class?

    Please arrive approximately 10 minutes early, especially for your first visit. This gives you time to check in, get settled, and speak with your instructor before class begins.


    What to bring

    • A water bottle
    • Grip socks
    • A mat towel

    Pilates mats are provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.


    Grip socks are required for hygiene, stability, and safety. You may bring your own or purchase a pair at the studio.


    A mat towel is also required for comfort, hygiene, and stability. You may bring your own, purchase one, or rent one for $3 per class. Towel rentals are complimentary for Founding Members.


    What to wear


    We recommend comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely and helps your instructor see your alignment and form.


    For heated classes, lightweight and breathable fabrics are recommended.

  • What should I expect from a heated class?

    Our heated classes take place in a warm studio designed to create an energizing movement experience. You can expect to sweat more than you would during a non-heated class.


    We recommend hydrating before class, bringing a water bottle, and listening to your body throughout the session. You are always welcome to slow down, take a break, or modify a movement when needed.

  • Can I host a private event at Shape Studio?

    Yes! We would love to help you create a private movement experience for your group.


    Shape Studio is available for events such as:


    Bridal parties and bachelorettes

    Birthdays and celebrations

    Corporate and team-building events

    Wellness events

    Private group classes

    Brand and community events


    Private events can be customized based on your group size, preferred class format, and overall vision. Additional details and special touches may also be available depending on the event.
